McNeal Tire and Auto – Remote PC Support
The Challenge
McNeal Tire & Auto contacted us inquiring about fixing their laptop’s issues. It had become so bogged down with malware that it was virtually unusable. They are located in a rural area of Arizona, where finding pc technicians is difficult. They offered to ship the laptop to us (in Oregon), but we wanted to try to fix it remotely, over the Internet first.
The Solution
Fortunately, we were able to connect with remote desktop software. After ridding the laptop of malware, we installed anti-virus/anti-malware software to keep it clean. Our client is now able to use their laptop without the hassle of browser hijacking malware and popups.
