The Challenge
As they quickly grew, Fresco Harmony began having trouble managing their inventory and sales data. They wanted a solution using software and a barcode scanner to get their inventory back on track.
The Solution
Averysays Solutions researched available software and barcode scanners. We found the three best scanners within their budget. All three had features that would make inventory management easier and less time-consuming.
Our research found that most Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software were too expensive. There were a couple that were affordable. In the end, we helped Fresco Harmony decide to forego ERP software and just focus on inventory management using their online bookkeeping software, and a new barcode scanner, until their growth justifies the expense of an ERP system.
